Cancellation Policies

24 hour notice from appointment start time = no cancellation fee

Less than 24 hours notice from appointment start time = 50% of services

Less than 2 hours notice from appointment start time or no-show = 100% of services

We require credit card information to book an appointment. JUSTB Salon will protect your privacy rights as a customer and keep all information strictly confidential. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your appointment or cancellations fees apply.If you are unable to provide a credit card, we will require a 50% deposit on all appointments.

Deposits: All deposits are transferable in the appointment is rescheduled within our cancellation period.

Appointment Deposits: We have lengthy appointments that require a deposit due to the amount of time booked in our schedule. To reschedule or cancel long appointments, we require 48 hours notice, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.

No-Call/No-Show: If you choose to No-Call/No-Show a scheduled appointment without a valid explanation you will be charged 100% of your service booked by the card on file and you will not be able to book any future appointments.
